Work Process

The process of making exceptional quality custom embroidered patches that we produce is based on our ability to accurately translate your design, logo or idea into the medium of artwork (digitizing) to our computer controlled embroidery machines.

We start with a very high quality polyester fabric using equally high quality colored threads then sew the computer generated pattern of threads onto the polyester fabric to form the exact design that you want.

Depending on how the final product is to be used, we apply different types of backing material to the underside of the polyester fabric of the finished patch.

Your Patch Idea

Send us your design, size and quantity. If you don't have a design, send us your artworks, and our expert artists will digitalize it for you.

Get a Free Quote

Once you let us know the quantity, type and required delivery time for your patches. We will send you a price quote and delivery time. Patch order can be just 1 piece.

Sample Patch Approval

We will e-mail you a sample (original) picture of the patch. You can request unlimited edits until you are 100% satisfied with the sample, or approve it for production.

Payment Approval

As soon as invoice and payment terms are approved, we will begin your order. Our production staff will take over and ensure that your custom patch will be produced on time and within budget.

Super Fast Delivery

Your patches will be shipped out to you as soon as they're finished, quality controlled & packaged. We make sure that your patches are of the highest quality and are sent to you in time.
